Attire - What to Wear?

This is a Black-Tie event.
Ladies: Long formal gown or cocktail dress that is black-tie appropriate.
Gentlemen: Tuxedo, Black-Tie, or Military "Mess Dress" appropriate.
Veterans: We will acknowledge all Veterans, and we would be honored if you wore your medals, uniforms and awards!

Dietary Requirements: Need something special?

If you forgot to indicate your special dietary requirements when you registered, or if you were registered by a member of the ICIT team, please email your dietary requirements to catherine@icitech.org or update your registration profile.

Have a special seating request?

Accepted Answer

There will be assigned seating at the Gala. These seating assignments will be carefully orchestrated and are a communication tool for specialty needs with the hotel. We respectfully request that all guests be seated for dinner at their designated table.

Guests who share the same last name will be seated together, unless otherwise specified. Should you wish to be seated with another guest who does not share the same last name, please ensure you registration includes this  under "seating requests" OR your profile is updated

Does the Watergate Hotel offer a discount rate for overnight accomodations?

Is there parking available at the Watergate Hotel?

Accepted Answer

Valet parking is available on a daily and overnight basis, with unlimited access throughout the day and night. Cars are kept in a secure, covered garage across the street. Fees are as follows:
Valet: Daily: $65.00

5:30 PM – VIP Reception |The Library (Invitation-Only)
6:30 PM – Guest Check In & General Reception | Moretti Grand Ballroom Foyer
7:30 PM – Awards Dinner and Program| Moretti Grand Ballroom
9:30PM – After Dinner Cocktails and Dessert Reception (ends at 11:30 p.m.)

If I unable to attend the Gala are tickets refundable?

Accepted Answer

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. As this is a fundraiser, your purchase acts as a charitable contribution. Tickets are transferable with prior written notice and approval to catherine@icitech.org
